The staff is unprofessional and crooks!!! And intimidated us to tip 25 percent for horrible service!!!! This was the worst massage experience I've ever had. I got two gift cards for 1 hour massages 2 year ago and finally got to use it. Was told the price had gone up and we would have to pay the difference. But then were treated as if we didn't pay for our massages. They rushed,painful, and not personal even after telling where to focus on. They used cheap paper towels for their place to lay your face. And paper towels to wipe us down. And to top it off I offered a tip that we had and cash and was forced to tip a set amount. 25 percent!!!! They had a few workers standing in front of us as if to bully us into tipping big. I felt like I was robbed!!! Don't go to these greedy employees
